It is the result of efforts of Sunil Nimana Ji that Gokuldham Gau Sewa Mahatirth has been able to open the biggest cow treatment hospital in Haryana. The Ganga Cow-Promotion Center has been established under the supervision of Gokuldham on the holy festival of Gopashtami. Every village is to become a Gaugram, according to the principal goal of this initiative.

It was hard for me to see the bad conditions of deserted cows. I was enlightened in my dream that I am made to serve those cows who are suffering. For them only, I am going to spend my whole life protecting and feeding them. This Gaushal and Cow hospital are the dreams of my grandparents and I will make them true, eventually serving cows all over India
